What are the recommended size of books to be used?

Maximum Height of the book: 13 inches Minimum width of spine 1.5 inches
Approximately how many books can be covered with 1 metre of fabric?

For average book size (6 x 9 inches) 1 metre of fabric and cover around 6 books.
How is the lettering applied to spell the names on the spines of the books?

TCL uses a CRICUT machine and cut the names out of gold heat transfer vinyl, and then they are ironed on to the spines of the books.
Are the names done at the Micro Gallery?

It is done before the books are shipped to a Micro Gallery. If you would like to apply names to the books, please let us know, and we can send you some from our lists.
How long are the Micro Galleries expected to stay in their locations before being gathered together?

TCL has not yet determined where the final installation will be, but we do hope to have sourced this in the next 6 months.
Does the bookshelf go with the books when they're collected for the Permanent Gallery?

The Permanent Gallery installation space will need to be built to accommodate the space. So, no, the bookshelf will not go with the books. You may transform the bookshelf for other uses, or refill it with new books to have your permanent Micro Gallery.
