Story of Heaven Traverse

Heaven Traverse was just 18 months old when she died at a Winnipeg hospital on Jan. 14, 2005.

The toddler was in foster care at a home on Peguis First Nation. Her foster parents were charged, but those charges were stayed in 2007 due to a lack of evidence.
